Poop Scoop Nation – Terms & Conditions

Waste Disposal

All pet waste will be collected and placed in the customer’s outdoor trash can.

Waste will be double-bagged in heavy-duty scented bags to control odor.

Poop Scoop Nation does not haul away pet waste unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Pet Safety & Access

We love pets, but for efficiency and safety, all dogs must be indoors or securely confined during our visit.

If a dog is loose and prevents safe entry, service will be skipped for that visit without refund.

Property Access

Customer must provide access to the service area (yard, gates, etc.).

Locked gates must be unlocked or a key/combination provided. Missed visits due to locked gates will not be refunded.

Service Schedule & Weather

Service is performed rain or shine unless severe weather prevents safe operation. In such cases, service will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Billing & Payments

All sales are final unless mutually agreed upon.

Promotional plans (Annual, 6-Month, etc.) are pre-paid. If canceled early, the customer will receive a prorated refund minus charges for services performed and a $125 cancellation fee.

Returned payments may be subject to a $35 fee.

Service Changes

Customer must notify Poop Scoop Nation at least 24 hours before a scheduled visit to make changes or skip service. Skipped services are not credited unless agreed upon in advance.

Lawn Conditions

Service may be refused if the lawn is overgrown, unsafe, or otherwise inaccessible. Additional fees may apply for excessive debris, leaves, or snow removal required to perform service.

Liability

Poop Scoop Nation is not responsible for damage to property resulting from unsafe conditions, hidden obstacles, or pets.

We are not liable for pet health issues related to waste not removed prior to the start of service.
